Sunnys Workshop:

****Grid Work****

Learn to use the natural geometry around your body to help create foundation and structure in your practice. In this workshop we will use easy to advanced concepts to explore the grid and learn to create sequences together that you can take back with you when you leave. Think about your space differently!

Hoops 34'' and under are recommended. There will hoops on site if you need to borrow one.

Leenas Workshop:

****Tuts n' Tech***

In this workshop we will take the concepts of the Grid to transfer onto 2 mini hoops. Students will learn a unique 16 count sequence consisting of tutting, 3d tech, folds, isolations, flowers, & more ! We will break the moves down so this is perfect for beginners and a fresh perspective for more advanced hoopers as well.

Students should bring 2 hoops that fit between the length of their hand and shoulders (We will have some on site too!)
